The summer season has ended, only a handful of summer associates came away with offers at hand, and now Big Law associates are bracing for what may be another wave of layoffs as we approach the end of the year.While overall layoffs plummeted in August, which was recorded the slowest month of reported layoffs since mid-2008, September has already started with more robust numbers.
